Useful Information for Your Visit
- Nature of the Site: The Botanical Garden is a place for observation, tranquility, and the study of nature. It is not an amusement park or a playground.
- Supervision of Children: Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and supervised at all times by an adult, who is fully responsible for their safety and for ensuring compliance with the Garden rules.
- E-Ticket: Once your purchase is complete, you will receive the official receipt by email. This serves as your ticket
- Changes Policy: To change the date of your visit, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a no-show, the ticket price is non-refundable.
*The reduced admission ticket applies to the following categories: unemployed persons. Eligible visitors must present the appropriate supporting document upon entry to the Botanical Garden.
